The international situation has created uncertainty for both travelers and tourism professionals.

Cancelled flights, ever-rising fuel prices, and a general sense of unease are all factors that are leading travelers to delay their summer holiday plans or change their destination altogether.

According to the first travel trends, many travelers have chosen more “reasonable” destinations this summer, staying in Europe and organizing their trips independently.
After all, for destinations like these, why bother using a travel agency?

And yet…

If you are heading to a destination you do not know well—or one that is relatively unknown—planning your holiday on your own often means missing some of the most interesting places and experiences.

In Calabria, I have met several travelers who created their itineraries themselves, sometimes with the help of AI, sometimes by gathering information from non-specialized websites.
Out of professional curiosity, I take the time to discuss their journeys with them.
And the conclusion is often the same: stops with little real interest… while just a few miles away there are places and experiences that are far more rewarding and memorable.

Don’t compromise your 2026 holiday because you assume that a specialized travel agency is too expensive. A quote is always provided before any commitment is required, and when a trip is tailor-made, it can be adapted to your budget according to your choice of accommodation and activities.

It would be a shame to visit a new region of the world, whether near or far, without discovering what truly makes it special, simply because you hesitate to seek advice from a professional.

Or am I wrong?
